Her mind raced, desperate for reason/understanding/clarity amidst the growing terror. Then, a sudden wrench/jerk/pull on something around her neck, cutting off her air/breath/oxygen. She was fighting/struggling/battling, but against what? Against whom? The world dissolved into a blurry chaos of pain and fear before she finally awoke, gasping/coughing/shuddering, the lingering taste of terror heavy on her tongue.

Silent Suffocation, a Voice from Darkness

It unfolds as a gentle tightening on your chest. You struggle to find air, but each draw of breath is met with a wall. The world above you fades into a darkened nothingness, and your eyesight dims.

You scream for help, but your voice are muffled within the enclosing darkness.

Your heart quickens in a futile attempt to provide life to your system. But the pressure only deepens, dragging you deeper into the darkness.
